Refunds Please note that we do not offer returns/refunds on our products unless they are faulty/damaged and must be sent back to us in the condition you received it in (unworn with all tags and packaging).
Exchanges We are happy to exchange any of our products and must be sent back to us in the condition you received it in (unworn with all tags and packaging). Please note that all exchanges will incur a 15% restocking fee.
Return Process To return a product to us, please follow the simple instructions below:
Please email me via the contact form within 14 days of receipt to receive a Returns Authorisation (RA) form. Once this is completed and returned, you will receive a unique Returns Authorisation (RA) number
Please pack all items together with a copy of the completed RA form in a carton/box. Clearly mark the RA form and carton/box with the unique RA number
Clearly address the package to the below address, ensuring you have covered or removed any original shipping labels.
All returns must be in as new conditions with tags attached and not used or worn.
Returns must be received within 14 days of RA number being issued and supplied.
We are not liable for lost return parcels so we strongly advise that you send your package through insured registered post.
For faulty, damaged or incorrect goods, we accept the responsibility for all freight charges. All other situations, customer will be responsible for all freight charges.
When we receive your item/s, they will be inspected and then your refund will be processed or an exchange item will be sent out to you.
If there are any issues with your return or exchange (as they don't meet the criteria above), we'll be in touch.
Please allow approximately one week for the processing of your return/exchange once received. Your issuing bank may take an additional billing cycle to apply the credit to your card. Returns/exchanges that do not follow the above procedures will not be accepted.
